Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Jefferson as
follows
That Allolter Lane, from the range line dividing r,,mge
11 and 12 West 1357L- feet to the terminus thereof, be forever
vacated .,nd nbandoned for public use; and
that all right, title and interest of the City of Jefferson
in and to the above described portion of said Affolter Lane revert
to the respective abutting property owners.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEF'I'k;RSON, l ISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. 'ih,?.t t,)ere is hereby levied and assessed thefollovoing
rate on all real estate and personal property within the. limits of
the City of Jefferson , ";issruri , not exempt from taxation by the
Constitutioh or the laws of the State, of I::issouri , a&&ShMvm Eby the

creating a sinking dund to retire the outstanding bonds of the City

dollar valuation.
Third, - For the purpose of est-,blishing and. maintaining a free
public libr• ry in the City of Jefferson, 11issouri, the sun of b

SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to muse to be
