Panorama Nursery Corporation, a corpr)eraion, having sub
mitted to the Council of the City of Jefferson, for its approval
a plat of a portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 12,
F:
Township 449 Range 129in the ounby of Cole, City of Jefferson,
State of Missouri, said tract being bounded asfbllowss North,
by the center line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 12;
Enst, by property now or formerly owned by Meyer, and by the
East line of said Section 12; South, by the balance of said
Southeast quarter of Section 12; and West, by the N. and S. imirl
center line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 12;
And it appearing that siad plat has been duly and properly
signed, that all taxes on said property have been paid and that in
all other respects the provisions of the Laws of Missouri per-
