AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING IM :,PPROVING THE PLAT OF ELLIOTT Me
DAMPF`PF A PART OF OUTLOT 679 IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI,
MORE. ,PA.RTICULkRLX DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS%
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Outlot; thence
Southerly along the Westerly line of said Outlot to the South-
west corner- thereof;, thence Easterly with the Southerly line of
said Outlot about 285 feet to the center of a ravine; thence North-
erly' along and with the center of aLid ravine and the Westerly line
of that part of Qutlot 67 now owned by the State of Missouri to the
Northerly line of said Outlot 67; thence Westerly along the North-
erly line of said outlot about 298j feet to the point of beginning.
The plat of Elliott M. Dampf called *Bird Haven AdditioO
is hereby attached and amde a part of this ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CPUNCIT, OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS%
SECTION le Elliott M. Dampf, owner of the real estate herein
-fter described and situate in the 4,'ity of Jefferson, `'ounty of
Cole, and State of Missouri, having submitted to the `'ouncil for
its approval a Plat of said real estate, being a part of 0 tlot 67
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , described as f ollowss Be-
ginning at the Northwest corner of said Outlot; thence Southerly ..:
along the Westerly line of said Outlot to the Southwest corner '...
thereof; thence Easterly with the Southerly line of said Outlot .
about 2R5 feet to the center of a. ravine; thence N rtherly along :.
and with the center of said ravine and the Westerly line of that
part of Outlot 67 now owned by the State of Missouri to the North-

made a part of this ordinance. All of said "BIRD HAVEN .DDITION"
being within the corpoate limits of the Oity of Jefferson, Missburi.
And it appearing thy,t said plat has been 4ully and properly
signed and accepted by the owner of said "BIRD HAVEN ADDITION", that
all taxws have been paid thereon and in other respects the require-
ments of Chapter 67, Section 11181, of the Revised Statues of
Missouri, 1929, entitled "Plats" have been complied with. 'Therefore
the plat of land of Elliott M. Danpf, known as "BIRD HAVNE ADDITIONfQ
a subdivision lying within the corpoate limits if the @ity of
Jefferson, Lissouri, as shown on the plat attached hereto and made
a part of this ordinance, is hereby accepted rind approved by the
Council and the City Clerk, after passage and a�)proval of this
ordinance, is hereby directed to endorse acceptance and approval
of the :said plat and to certify to the same under the seal and
approval of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
