ZUBER OF THE SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT 20 AND .-ALL OF LOTS 21922923924, 25,26,279 and 28 Bolck One ''upset Place Addition, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described asfollowst Beginning at the Southeast co ner of lot 20 Block One Sunset Place Addition: thence west to the Southwest corner of said lot 20; thence northeasterly along the easterly line of the Boonville Road and Cole Drive to the Northeastrtx*yx corner of lot 28 Bdock One Sunset Place Addition; thence south to the point of beginning. The plat of Cletus V. Zuber is hereby attached and made a part of this ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS IOLLOWSa SECTION 1. Cletus V. Zuber owner of the real estate herein after described and situ; to in the ity of Jefferson, Missouri , having submitted to the Council for its approval a Plat of said real estate, being a part of lot 20 and all of lots 21,22,23,24,25,26,27,and 28 Bolck One Sunset Place Addition, in the pity of Jefferson, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of lot 20 Block One Sunset Place Addition; thence mst to the Southwest corner- of said lot 20; thence northeasterly long the easterly line of the Boonville Road and Cole Drive to the Northeast corner of lot 28 Bclobk. One Sunset Place Addition; thence south to the point of beginning, as shown on the plat attached and amde a partof this ordinance. All of said sub division being within the limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. And it appearing thst said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owner afid that all taxes have been paid thereon and in other respects the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Revised Statues of Missouri, 1929, entitled"Plats" have been complied with. Therefore the plat of land of Cletus V. Zuber, a subdivision ,lying within the corporate limits of the "ity of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown on the plat attached hereto and made a- part of this ordinance is hereby accepted and approved by the Council and the City Clerk, after its passage and approval of this ordinance is herebydirected to endorse acceptance and approval of the daid plat and to certify to the same under the -M and approval of the `'ity of Jefferson, Missouri. Any, individualf firm, corporation, association V 864 mr orginization of any kind or nriture, or the agents or servants thereof, engaged in the taking, developing, printing or sale of photographs, portraits photographic work, enl rgements and/or portraits in water colors or oils in the City of Jefferson city shall secure a, license from the City of Jefferson City do to do, and shall conform. to the iquiremerits hereinafter set forth. SECTION 2. tiny individual, fttm", corporation, association or orginization of a y kind or nature, or the agents or servants thereof, taking, developing, printing or selling photography, por- trait ph otogra.phic work, enlargements, and/or portraits in water colors or in oils to the public, from any reguMLr, establlshed place of business in the City of Jefferson City shall be deemed a perm:?nent, resident photographer. Any resident of Jefferson City who shall-fake, develop, print or sell photographs, portraits photographic work, enlarge- ments and /or portraits in water colors or in oils to the public i in Jefferson City without having an established place of business in Jefferson City shall be deemed a permanent resident photographer. SECTION 3, :. =,-ny individual, firm, corporation, association or orginization of any kind or nature, or the agents or servants thereof, who shall take, develop, print or sell photographs, portrait photographic work, enlargements, and/or portraits in water colors or in "oils in Jefferson city, and who shall at the time not have within Jefferson City a permanently established and bona fide place of business, shall be dddmed a non-resident ;4iotographere SECTION 4. Any individual who shall solicit business for a permanent resident photographer or for a non-resident photographer, as herein defined, or who shall solicit such business in Jefferson City to be done elsewhere and delivered in Jefferson City by going from house to house, office to office, place to place oV' person to person within the City of Jefferson City and soilciting such busi- ness" by any means or method whatsoever, shall be deemed a photograph canvas sea. SECTION 5.The license fee for a permanent resident photograph- er shall. be 2orty Dollars and .ifty Cents($40.50) per year, payable in advance. Such license shall be posted at the place of business of the licensee. SECTION 6. The license fee a non-resident photographer shall be Forty Dollars and Fifty Cents (840.50) per year, payable in advance. SECTION 7. The license fee for a photograEh canvasser shall k be Four Dollars ($4.00) per day, or One Hundred ollars ($100.00) per year, payable in advance. No canvasserts license shall be issued AM- except to an individual, and such license shell specify the photo- grapher for whom such canvasser shall solicit business. SECTION 8. No license issued hereunder shall be trans- ferablee SECTION 9 . Any person . 9 firm, corporation, association or orginization of any kind er nature, or the agents or servanos thereof, carrying on the business of a permanent resident photo. grapher, non-resident photographer or photograph canvasser as herein defined, who shall violate any r)rovision of this ordinance, shall be ddemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction, be punished b a fine of not less than Twenty-Five Dollars (825.004 nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) 9 and each day said viola- tion occurs, shall be considered a separate offense. BECTMON10o All ordinancnes, or parts od ordinances, in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, .SECTION 119 This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval,
