SECTION 2. In order to obtain the right to use said land
thr City Attorney is hereby directed and authorized to insti-
tute a condemnation suit in the Circuit Court of Cole county
against the owners of said land to obtain a right of way and
easement for said owner.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There Is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated the following:
REVENUE FUND

the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the followin g:
REVENUE FUND
For .the purpose of paying the salaries of elective and appointive
officers' the sum of--------------------------------$5324.99
For the purpose of paying City Engineer for use of
car, the sum of------------------------------------- 25.00
VEHICLE FUND
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers,
freight and incidentals under the Street Commissioner,
the sum of------------------------------------------- 2500.00
TRAFFIC & VEHICLE FUND
Fibr the _ urpose of paying the skjary of Street Commis-
sioner and Traffic Officers, the sum of-------------- 475.00
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers,
freight and incidentals under the Street Commissioner,
