AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF 1939
BE IT ORDAINED BY YHE C0NUCLL OF THE CITY OF JEFFE=:SON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
REVENUE FUND

S7.CTIOT,' 1. That the City Council of the city of Jefferson ,
Yissouri, hereby declares and ordains thet it deems it necessary
for sanitary purroses and for the health and comfort of its iR-
habitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be kno,;n
as Se,,rer District No 22 "B", and said district to be estnbli.shed
with location and boundaries as follows: Beginning at the South-
,%,esterly corner of lot 33 of Dawson's Subdivision of OUtlot 53;
mee northerly along the easterly line of Benton Street to a
poin t where the southerly llne of lot 20, if the sa.ome were ex-
tneded easterly ,mould intersect; thence westerly to the southwest-
erly corner of lot 20 of Dawson Subdivision; thence northerly to
the northwesterly corner of lot 19 of said subdivision; thence east-
erly to the northeasterly corner of lot 29 of said subdivision;
thence southerly to the southeasterly corner of lot 33 of said sub-
division ; thence westerly to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All '. ordinances on parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTIChl 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
