AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOP, TN:E CON:sTI1UCTION OF Sgwers in Sewer. Dis-
trict Number 22 "B", in the City of Jefferson, ti, ssouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF JEFFEIRSON, I;l'ISSOi1RI
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION! 1. That the City Council of the City of Jwfferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deeris it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary and other
purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible 3.m Sewer
District Number 22 "B", as established by ordinance, a sanitary sewer
and it is ordered thst the same be made and constructed without un-
necessary delay, that the said district sewer be connected with and
into the Manhole on East Capitol Avneue five feet north of the North-
of lot 11 of Dawson Subdivision..
SECTION 2. Thzt said sewer shall begin at the manhole on
East Capitol Avenue, said manhole being five feet north of the north
_west corner of lot 11 of Dawson' s Subdivision; thence South 16 de-
grees East (Magnetic) 257 feet; thence turning and angle of 37 de-
rees and 05 minutes to the left 75 feet; thence turning an angle of
3 degrees and 50 minutes to the right 179 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by ordinance, and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, and shall be constructed in all respects according to the
plans and specifications of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

An ordinance levying and assessing special tax bills against the lots
or tracts of lane fronting or abutting on the roadway of the Boon ville
Road, from the Township line dividing Townships 44 and 45 south 392.36
feet, and Hayselton D,,ive from the east line of lot 64 Block 4 Sunset
Place Addition to the east line of lot 36 Block 5 Sunset Place Addition
all of said improvement within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, re
pairing, surfacing and resurfacing of District No. 1 in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH" CITY OF JEFFERSON) MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost
price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance,
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on
the roadway of the Boonville Road from the Township line dividing
Townships 44 and 45 south 392.36 feet, and Hayselton Drive from the
east line of lot 64 Block 4 Sunset Place Addition to the east line
of lot 36 Block 5 Sunset Place Addition, all of said improvement with=
in the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resur-
facing of District No. 1 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and for
the improvement of said roadway of boonville rlad and Hayselton Drive,
by repairing, surfacing and resurfacing the sum of $2,461.41 as the
total cost of the improvement of the aforesaid streets and the number
4 ; of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said street amounts
to 4,102.36 running feet, tlle cost price per running foot is $0.60.
SECTION 2. lJor the purpose of paying for said improvement of the
roadway of the Boonville road. from the Township line dividing Town-
ship 44 and 45 south 3c,2.36 feet, and Iayselton Drive from the east
line of L t 64 E1ack 4 Sunset Place Addition to the east line of lot
36 Block Sunset Place Addition, all of said improvement within the

limits of sprinkling. Oiling, repairing, surfacing; a;.d resurfacing of
District No. 1 in the City of Jefferson, I.'1 ssouri, there is hereby lev-
ied and assessed the sun of $0.60 as a special tax gill against each
front foot of ground fronting or abutting the said roadway of Boonville
road and Haysel.ton Drive and contained in such lots or pieces of ground
fronting on Boonville road and Flayeelton Drive.
SECTION 3. The name of each property owner of owners and the descrip-t
tion of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each of the
Boonville Road from the Township line dividing Townships 44 and 45
south J12.36 feet,and I-;ayselton Drive from the east line of Lot 64 Block
4 Sunset Place Addition to the east line of lot 36 Block 5 Sunset Place
Addition, all of said improvement within the limits of sprinkling, Oil-
ing, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing of Didtrict No. 1. in the Uity
of Jefferson, Mlssouri, the number of front feet owned by each owner or
owners and contained in the lots or tracts of 'land so owned and dbtitting
said Boon ville ,road and Ilayselton Drive the cost price per front foot
for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a
special tax bill for said improvement against each lot or piece of
ground fronting or abutting said Boonville road and IIayselton Drive,a
aforesaid is as follows:
