AN ORDINANCE accepting and approving the plat of B H . Llnhardt of a
Subdivision of lots 51, 52, 5'3, ;4 ,�j�, 56, 57, 58 and 59-Block 1, Sunset
Place Addition, in. the City of Jefferson, Liissouri, more particularly
described as follows:
Feginning at the Southwesterly corner of lot 51 Block 1 Sunset Place
Addition; thence southerly along the southerly line of Sunset Place
Addition to the Southeasterly corner of lot 59 of said .Block 1; thence
north th the trNortheasterly corner of lot 59 Block 1; thence west-
erly along and with the southerly line of Chicago Road to the North-
westerly corner of lot 51 Block 1; thence Easterly along and with the
westerly line of said lot 51 to the point of beginning .
The plat of B.tt .Linhardt and called "B.H.Linhardt ' s" ubdivisi.on of
lot 51 to •59 Inclusive Flock 1 Sunset Place Addition '1is hereby at-
tached and made a part of this ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TOTE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0?" JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. B.H.Linhardt, owner of the real estate hereinafter des-
cribed and situate in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having sub-
mitted to the Council for its approval a Plat of said real estate,
being lots 51., 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57' 58 i and 59 Block 1 Sunset Place Add-
ition, in the City of Jeffervon, 1.1 ssouri3i and more particularly de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of lot
51 Block 1 Sunset Place Addition; thence easterly along thr southerly
line of Sunset Place Addition to the Southeasterly corner of lot 59
of said Block 1; thence north to the Northeasterly corner of lot 59
Block 1; thence westerly along and with the southerly line of Chicago
Road to the Northwesterly corner of lot 51 Plock 1; thence southerly
along aid with the westerly line of said lot 51 to the point - of be-
ginning as shown on the Plat attached, known as "F.N.Linhardt' s Sub-
division of lots 51 to 59 Inclusive Block 1 Sunset Place Addition",
and made a part of this ordinance. All of said subdivision being
within the limits of the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Yissouri.
And it appearing that siad plat has been duly and prcbperly signed

lots 51 to 59 Inclusive Flock 1 �unset Place Addition", that all
tr taxes have been paid thereon and in other respects the requirements
of Ckiapter 67 of the Revised Statues of Missouri, 1929, entitled
"PLats" have been complied with.
Therefore the plat of land of B.1- . Llnhardt, known as "B.H.Linhardt's
Subdivision, a subdiyision J,i:ng within the corporate limits of the-
City of Jefferson, 1e, ssouri, as shown on the plat attached hereto
and made a part of tflis ordinance is hereby accepted and approved by
the Council and the City Clerk after its passage and approval of
t ,is ordinance is hereby directed to endorse acceptrince and approval
of said plat and to certify to the same under the seal and approval
of the City of Jefferson, Eissouri,
