TOWN OF FRASER
RESOLUTION NO. /DL-:.6-6/
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE TOWN
OF FRASER.
WHEREAS, Glenn 1. Clayton and Norma J. Clayton have tendered a Warranty Deed for the
conveyance of certain real property within the Town of Fraser, to be used for street purposes or
other public purposes of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the tendered conveyance does not require approval of any subdivision plat or
exemption, because a conveyance of real property to the Town does not constitute a "subdivision"
under the Town's subdivision regulations; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees fmds and determines that it is in the best interests of the
Town to accept such tendered conveyance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS:
I. That the Board of Trustees hereby accepts the conveyance of said real property, as more
fully described in the Warranty Deed tendered by Glenn 1. Clayton and Norma J. Clayton.
2. That the proper officers of the Town are hereby authorized and directed to record said
Warranty Deed in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Grand County, Colorado.
