MINUTES
April 12th, 2000

Minutes: Motion was moved and seconded to approve the minutes for the March 8th
meeting.
New Business: Dan Pillard submitted a request from the City Council to have the
committee review the Simmons season pass request. The committee recommends that
the previous recommendation to credit the season pass refund to the 2000 golf season
stands.
Max Williamson welcomed new committee member, Marc Rhodes.
Dan Pillard reported that the construction of the new bridges should be completed by
May 30t. The committee decided that May 11th was designated for bridge construction
day.
The committee decided to put the junior golf program on the agenda for the May 10t
meeting.
Staff Reports: Carl Floss reported the scorecards were being prepared. Dan Pillard
reported that drawings for the cedar course changes were being prepared and the golf
course will have an article in Boise Magazine, along with an advertisement in Northwest
Golfer Magazine.
