RESOLUTION APPROVING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
AGREEMENT WITH TEAMSTERS LOCAL 97
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") and Teamsters Local 97 (the
"Union") have conducted negotiations over changes to a collective bargaining
agreement regarding the School Crossing Guards; and
WHEREAS, the Borough and the Union have reached an agreement for the period
January 1. 1997 through December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED the Mayor and Borough Clerk be and
are hereby authorized to execute the attached collective bargaining agreement with
the Union for the period of January 1, 1997 through December 31, 1998.
Adopted this 3rd day of August, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 4, 1998.
