and discontinue tfle orth 12 feet of Elm Street, betweon the west line
of Clarke Avenue and a point 190 feet rest thereof, in tiie City of
Jefferson, T' ssouri� All the owners of the property and adjacent lots
abutting on and adjacent to said street having petiticbned the rynid city
Council to vacate and discontinue said portion of srid street as a part
of the Phbl!ic thoroughfare of said city: said stree-,t, is hereby forever
vacated and discontinued as a public thoroughfrre and the ;-.woes and ri.ght',
of reversion of said street to the adjacent and abutting property ovii ,rs

SECTION T2. Grades of milk and milk products wiii.ch may be sold from
and after thirty (30) days from the date which this amrnidment takes
effect: No milk or m' lk products defined in Ordinance No. 4154 s'rcall be
sold to the final consumer, or to resturants, soda fount^ins, grocery
stores, or similar establishments; in Je.: fc�rson City, Missouri, except

At any time that the dairy inspector discovers that the owner of
such family cows or family herds are producing anti selling ;n--.lk in con-

shall make a written report of such conditions t;c� the I'oard of health
