whatsoever whc engages in the business of atlioring u ) garbnge and
taking the sane away from the residence -�t business places in the
City of Jefferson shall pay annually a license fee of Ten Dollars
for each truck or vehicle which is used for the cricking up
or gathering of said garbage for lire.
SECTIC'• 2. Any one found guilty of violating this ordina, ce
shall be fined not more than One Hundred "dollars and may be sen-
tenced for not more then sikty day in jail.
SECTION 3. License provided herein shall be due and payable
iiff not already paid, on. or before the 15th day of Oct, 1939, and
on or before thel5th day of September each succeeding ,year.
SECTION 4. This license tax shall Supersede and take place
of all other license taxes levied on said vehicles.
