BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approp riated out of any money in
the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
