AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF EDMONDS
AVENUE FROM THE WEST LINE OF MYRTLE STREET TO THE WEST LINE OF
DULLE STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON:
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That ti.e grade line of tree roadway of Edmonds Avenue
from the west line of M rtle Street to the west line of Dulle Street,
be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the west line
of Myrtle Street, where the elevation of tree grade shall be, 171.50;
thence 125 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 161. 50; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 159.82; thence 50 feet on a verti-
cal curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 158.31; thence
50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall
be, 155.32; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation
of the grade shall be, 162.34; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve wher
the elevation of the grade shall be, 165. 53; thence 560 feet on a
uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be, 239.92; thenc
15 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be
234.67; thence %f feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 239.74; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where
the elevation of the grade shall be, 243.65; thence 50 feet on a
vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 246.35;
thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 247.89; thence 50 feet on a verticq_ curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 248.26; thence 50 feet on a vertical
curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 247.36; thence 50
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be
245.33; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 242.11; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve to
the west line of Dulle Street, where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 237.71.
SECTION 2. All O zdinances of parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF DEEG STREET
FROM A POINT7V FEET SOUTH OF T':E CENTER LINE OF ASHLEY STREET, TO
THE SOUTH LINE OF AN ALLEY.
'BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Deeg Street
from a point 15 feet south of the center line of Ashley Street to the
south line of an alley be and is hereby establsihed as follows:
Beginning at tine cen'_er line of Deeg Street at a point 15 feet south
of the center line of Ashley Street, where the elevation of the
grade s!lall be, 155.08; thence on a uniform grade 85 feet where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 160.07; thence 50 feet on a verti-
cal curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 162.11; thence
50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall
be, 162.36; thence on a uniform grade 59 feet to the south line of
an alley where the elevation of the grade shall be 161.60.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
