Beginning at the center line of West Circle Drive and the North
line of Walinko Place, where the elevation of the grade is 243.57; liumc
thence north along the center line of West Circle Drive 25 feet on a
vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 243.02;
thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 240.72,; thence 120 feet on a uniform grade where the eleva-
tion of the grade shall be, 225. 50; thence 15 feet on a uniform grade
where the elevation of the grade shall be, 225.00.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parl:.s of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinacem are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from

AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE ALL OF THE PUPLIC ALLEY RUNNING NORTH FROM
EAST CAPITOL AVENUE AND EXTENDING 198 FEET 9 INCHES FROM SAID
CAPITOL AVENUE, TIME EAST COUNDARY LINE OF SAID ALLEY BEING 74 FEET
41 INCHES WESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF INLOT 82.
WHEREAS: ' it has been shown to the City Council of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, that the land abutting all the public alley
running North from Capitol Avenue and extending 198 feet 9 inches
from said Capitol Avenue. The East boundary line of said alley being
z4 feet 41 inches westerly and parallel to the easterly line of' Inlot
tit has not been used by the public over a period of many years., and
that the State of L?issouri has used, improved and occupied said abutt-
ing aid adjacent land; and
WHEREAS, SAID ALLEY HAS CEASED 'tb be of any use or ben-fit to
the public and would not inconvenience the public or the citizens
of the City of Jefferson, M"'ssouri, to discontinue and vacate said
alley;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COb7NCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIONI. It is hereby declared that the City "auncil of the
City of Jefferson, Mlssouri, deems it necessary and expedient to
vacate and discontinue all of the public alley running North from
East Capitol Avenue and extending 198 feet 9 inches from said Capitol
Avenue. The East boundary line of said alley being 92,4 feet 4 inches
westerly and parallel to the easterly line of Inlot and that tame
be and the same. is hereby forever vacated and discontinued as a
public alley or thoroughfare.

SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson is hereby instruc
ted and authorized to execute a deed for and on behalf of the City
of Jefferson, conveying the area hereby vacated to the abutting pro-
' :' ., perty owner,the State of TAIssouri, at such time as said abutting pro-
perty owner may present a properly prepared deed for execution,
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and approval.
