BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO NCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. 'There is hereb y appropriated out of any money
in the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
REVENUE FUND
FOR PAYMENT OF DAMAGES TO PROPERTY
OWNERS ON HOEEER LANE IN CONDEMNATION.
PROCEEDINGS TO GUY SONE, CIRCUIT CLERK. . . . . . . . .$ 744.00
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall. take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
