SECTION 15. Any person who shall violate Sectio.,: F,16ven (1.1) and!
Section Twelve (12) of the provisions of this ordinance shall. upon
con iction be deemed guilty of all offense and punished, n:nd upon
conviction shall be fined not more than One 11undred Doll ars (ep'100.00)
or sentenced to jail for not more than threo months., or by both such
fine and imprisonment.
Any person who shall sic, abet or vssist ire the violation of
Section Eleven (11) and Sec!..ion Twelve (12) of tile provisions of
q this ordinance shall. be. guilty of r-n offense and shall. be punished
by a fine of not more thin One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or by
being sentenced. to jail for not more than three months, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 16. If any section or provision or part thereof in this
ordinance shall b e adjudged invalid or unconstitutional by a court
of 'competent jurisdiction, such adjudification shall not a f f e.c-t the
' validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part
thereof not adjuged invalid or unconstitutional.

FROM TEN MILE DRIVE NORTE 641 FEET.
BE IT ORDAIT,'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERS01"111, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. hat the grade line of the roaft.ray of Douglas Drive
from the Ten Mile Drive north 641 feet, be and is hereby established
