leasing a plot of ground from John Skain to be used as a city dump.
RE IT ORDAINED BY Ti:E CITY. COUTICIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The I�Ia:, or of the City of Jefferson is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and execute in behalf of tiie city
the attached contract and agreement with one Jwhn Skainm leasing
the within described ,plot of ground for a )eriod of one, year for a
city dump.
Section 2. The i,:ayc)r shall sign and execute the attached
agreement at his earliest convenience.
