• A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, RECOMMENDING AWARD
OF CONTRACT FOR THE 20TH YEAR CDBG PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Richland Hills, Texas, participates in the Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) Program through Tarrant County; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas, previously approved the
submission of an application for project funding for the 20th Year CDBG Program; and
WHEREAS, bids have been opened and tabulated for award of contract for the 20th Year CDBG
project in the City of Richland Hills, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Richland Hills,
Texas, that the City Council recommends to the Tarrant County Commissioner's Court that the
contract for the 20th Year CDBG project be awarded to Cullum Pipe Systems, Inc., in the
• amount of $110,337.96, with the County share totaling $110,337.96.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas, by a vote
of 5 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions this 14th day of February, 1995.
