STREET FRCP.; THE NORT"_ PROPERTY LINE OF ATCHISOP: STREET TO THE
SOUTH LINE OF MIKLIN STREET.

SECTICI1-' 1. That the grade line of the roadway of
Cardinal Street from the north >roperty line of Atchison. Street
to the south line of Dunklin stree±., be and is herel:y established as
follows; Beginning at the center line of Cardinal Street and tine
Korth property line of Atchison Street, where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 171,10; thence, on a izniforn grade for 50 feet where
the elevation of the €rade shaU. be, 172.30; tl-►ence 100 feet on a
vertical curve i%rhere the elevation of the. grade shall be, 173.00;
thence on a uniform grade 802.7 feet: to the south line?- of Dunklin
Street, where the elevation of the grade shall. be, 164.6;
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
2. conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from after its passage and approval.
