BE IT ORDAINED BY ThM CITY COUNCIL OF TI,F CITY OF JEFFERSOT?, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council oil t.}7e City of Jefferson,
Tiiissouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary
and rather purposes that there must be constructed as s(.,on as possible
in Sewer District T;o. 61 "A"9 as establis}per_? by ordinance, a sanitary
sewer, and it is ordered thr--t Vie same be:, :Wade �:n�l constructed ari.tliout
unnecessary delay, and that t:,ae said district sevrer be connected with
and into the Ilan Bole at station 6 p1Lis 52 in Sewer District No. 61.
Section 2. That said sei,.,er shall begin G.t station 6 plus 52 in
Sewer District No. 61; thence South 70 degree^ East(Magnetic) 27.5
feet; thence turning and angle of 22 degrees and 30 minutes to the
right for a distance 262. 5 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by ordinance, and shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, and shall be constructed to the plans and
specification of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
