SECTION 7. Anyone found guilty of violating this ordinance
may be punished by a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) .
SECTION S. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repe.-.1ed.
SECTION 5. This ordinance s1hall become effective immediately
upon its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COIJUCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON AS FULOWS:

SECTICE 1. The following shall be and are hereby declared
to be the fire limits of tjjC_ City of Jefferson., and whenever the
fire limits of this city are referred to by any ordinance., said
ordinance shall be construed to include the folloi,.,ing as said
fire limi ts:
Beginning at Jacikson Street. caiad the 11issouri River extending
in a northwesterly direction along south bank of Missouri River to
Polivar Street; thence in a southwesterly directicri along center
