AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, jhat there is hereby appropriated the sure of One Hundred
three and 357100 dollars out of the General Revenue und, for the
t purpose of refunding to the property owners on West and North Circle
Drives, their proportional part of the money advanced by them that was
'A- not used in the construction of said streets.
The �'ity Clerk is authorized to draw warrants to the following
named property owners and in the amount as set out opposite each
name,
