AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY V DRIVE THRU
CITY PARK, FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF THE Cl2Y PARK NORTH TO PIKE STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIONI. That the grade line of the roadway of the drive thru
the City Park, from the south line of the City Park north xf to Pike
Street be and here�y is established as follows:, Beginning at the
south line of the ity Park and the drive thru the City Park, where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 164.0; thence continuing on a vertical
curve for 143 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall,165.07;
thence on a uniform grade 282 feet, where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 174.03; thence 175 feet on a vertical curve to tine center of
Pike Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 173.17.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF LAFAYETTE
STREET, FROM THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF ATCHISON STREET TO THE NORTH
PROPERTY LINE OF FRANKLIN STREET .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS%
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Lafayette Street
from the intersection of the caster line of Lafayette Street and
the north property line of Atchison Street to the center of the inter-
section of the center line of Lafayette street and the north property
line of Franklin Street, be and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning at the north property line of Atchison Street, where the elevation
of the grade is, 146.40; thence on a uniform grade 55 feet to where the
elevation of the grade shall be. 146.32; thence. on a 150 foot vertical
curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 150,79; thence on a
uniform grade for 565 feet, where the elevation of the grade shallbe,
185.351 thence on a vertical curve for a distance Rf 250 feet to a
point that is 35 feet south of the north line of F anklijj Street, where
the elevation of the grade shall be, 188.59.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of irdinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed,
