No. 64 and said district to be established with location and boundaries
as fol ows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of lot "A" sub-
division of lots 51 to 59 Inclusive Block 1 Sunset Place Addition;
thence northerly along the westerly line of lots "A" and "B" to the
northwesterly corner of lot "B"; thence southeasterly along Chicago
Road to the northeasterly corner of lot "B'.' ; thence northeasterly to
the southwesterly corner of lot-1 Block 2 Sunset Place- thence northerly
along the easterly line of the Chicago Roaa to the northeasterly corner o
of lot 3 P1ock 2 unset Place Addition; thence east to the northeast
corner of lot 22 Block 2 ''upset Place Addition; thence southerly along th
the easterly line of said lot 22 to the southerly line of the Chicago
Road; thence northerly along the southerly line of the Chicago Road
to the southerly line of Cole Drive; thence southerly along the
southerly line of the dole Drive to the northerly line of Hayselton
Drive; thence westerly along the northerly line of Hayselton Drive to
the southerly line of Sunset Place addition; thence west to the point of
beginning,
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE, providing for the construction fo sewers in Sewer
District No. 64. within the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the pity (Zouncil of the City of Jefferson,
Pdlssouri, hereby declares it-deems it necessary for the health and
comfort of the inhabitants of the pity, and for sanitary and other
purposes thpt there must be constructed as soon as possible in sewer
District No. 64, as established by ordinance a sanitary sewer, and it
is ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary
delay and that the said district sewer be -connected with Ahd into the
present sewer at Station 3 plus 67 on "F" line in Sewer District No. 50.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall bbgin on the west property
line of West Circle Drive. 17 feet north of the northeast corner of
lot B Subdivision of lots 51 to 59 I"clusive Block 1 sunset Place
Addition; thence easterly along the center line of Chicago Road, 794
feet; thence turning an an of 93 degrees and 10 minutes to the
right for a distance of 21 feet; thence turning and angle a.f 90 degrees-
to the left for a distance of 199 feet; thence turning an angle of
16 degrees and 46 minutes to the left for A DISTANCE OFx3642.'5 FEET:

SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by ordinance, and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and specificatio
tim of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
