AN30RDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 65 WITHIN THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. . That the pity Council of the ity of Jefferson,

hereby declares and ordainns that it diems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health aDd comfort of its in-
habitants of the city to establish a Sewer istrict to be known as
Sewer District No. 65 and said district to Be established with
location and boundaries as follows: Beginning at the northeasterly e
corner of lotll of Lohman' s Subdivision of O.�tlots 23 and 20 thence t
southerly along the westerly line of Lafayette Street to F anklin Str
Street; thence westerly along th northerly line of F ankliR Street
134 feet to the southwesterly corner of lot 46 of Lohman' s Sub-
division; thence northerly parallel to Lafay ette Street to the
northwesterly corner of lot 11; thence easterly 134 feet to the
point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Ihis ordinance small take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE, providing for the construction of sewers in Sewer
District No. 65, within the ity of Jeffereon. Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
y SECTION 1. That the yity council of the `pity of Jefferson,
M1ssouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the .inhabitants of the City, and for bhLnitary
and other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible
in Sewer District No. 65, as established b;;, ordinance a sanitary
sewer, and it is ordered that the same be .made and constructed without
unnecessary delay and that the said district sewer be connected with
and into the present sewer on Lafayette Street .at Station 4 plus 37
in Sewer District No. 58.
V SECTION 2. That said sewer shall bwgin at Station 4 plus 37
'.in Sewer District No. 58 on Lafayette Street; thence southerly along
Lafayette Street for a distance of 450 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by ordinance, and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and speci-
fications of the �0ity Engineer.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval. 16

of said improvement within the limits of sprinkling, oiling,
repairing, surfacing and resurfacing of District No.l in the City of
Jefferson, M,ssouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
IJISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and
cost price per front foot -as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance,
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on
the roadway of Hayselton Drive from the east line of lot 36 Block 5 s
Sunset Place to East Circle Drive and East Circle Drive from Hayselton
Drive to Viola Street, all of said improvement within the limits of
sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing of District
No. 1, in the ity of Jefferson, Missouri, and for the improvement
of said roadwsys of Hayselton Drive and East Circle Drive, by re-
pairing., surfacing and resurfacing the sum of $2024.40 as the total
cost of the improvement of the aforesaid and the number of front
feet fronting or abutting said roadways o$ said streets amounts to
3374.00 running feet, and the cost price per front foot is $0.60.
SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying for said improvement of
the roadways of Hayselton Drive from the east line of lot 36 Block 5
Sunset Place to East Circle Drive and East Circle Drive from Haysel-
ton Drive to Viola Street, all of said improvement within the limits of
sprinkling, oiling, repairing, suffacing and resurfacing of District
No. 1 in the city of Jefferson, MIssouri, there is hereby levied and
assessed the sum of $0.60 as a special tax bill against each front
foot of ground fronting or ebutting the said roadway of Hayselton
DRive and East Circle Drive and contained in such lots or pieces
of ground fronting or abutting on Hayselton Drive and East Circle
Drive,
SECTION 3. The name of each property owner or owners and
thr description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting
on each of Hayselton Drive from the east line of lot 36 Block 5
Sunset Place to East Circle Drive and East Circle Drive from Hayselton
Drive to Viola Street, all of said improvement within the limits of
sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing acid resurfacing of District
No. 1 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri., the number of front feet
owned by each owner or owners and contained in- the lots or .tracts of
land so owned hpdeabiittt ingrsaid,-,HayseILtnn Drive and East Circle
Drive, the cost price per front foot for said improvement, and the
amount hereby levied and assessed as a special tax bill for said im-
provement against each lot pr piece of ground fronting or abutting
