Section 5. For the purpose pf paying the expense and re—
gulatiog of this ordinance, every person., firm and corporation
who desires to use any voice amplifier, sound equipment, and
sound truck on the public streets, shall pay a license fee to the
city in the sum of Twenty—five collars ($25.00) per fiscal year.
Section 6. anyone found guilty of violatiinri" this ordinance
shall be subject to a fine not exceeding One Hundred 'collars
($100.00) .
Section 7. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, IS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in
tree city Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following: ,
FIRE DEPT. EQUIPUENT BOND FUND.
Payment for Aerial fire truck as per contract $182824.90
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 935, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSONTJ 192 5, RELATING TO THE LIGHTING OF EXITS OF PLACES
OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT AND RE-ENACTING IN LIEU TOEREOF A NEW SECTION
PERTRINING TO THE SAME SUBJECT MATTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 935, Revised Ordinances of the City of .
Jefferson ity, 1925: relating to the lighting of exits of places
of public entertainraent is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Every portion of the bulldd:ng devoted to the use
of or accomodation of the public, also all outlets leading to the
street and including open courts and corridors shall be well and
properly lighted during every performance an6 the same shall be kept
lighted until the entire audience shall have left the premises.
here shall be at least one electric light placed at each exit with
a transparent plainly marked "EXIT" . "'ll electric wiring must bn done
in accordance with the Ordinances of the Uity of 'efferson.
