#43NDINANCE AN REPEALING SECTION 644 REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON CITY, 1925, RELATING �O THE ELECTRICAL WIRING OF PICTURE
MACHINE BOOTHS, AND RE-ENCATING A NEW SECTION IN LIEU THEREOF PER-
TAINING TO THE SAUCE SUGJECT t1ATTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF JEFFERSON CITY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 644, Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson
City.. 1925: relating to the electrical wiring of picture machine booths
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. All electrical wiring in the booths must be pro-
vided with non-inflammable insulation. Each lamp connected with a
picture machine,.must be provided with a separate switch located with-
in the booth. ''here shall also be located within the booth a switch
controlling the lights in the exhibitio0 room. There shall be pro-
vided a separate system of lighting controlled by a switch located
in the office or other convenient place outside of the operating
room or auditorium and another wwitch controlling the red signal
lights. there shall be at least one such signal light placed at each
exit, with a transparent plainly marked "EXIT" . All electricz wiring
within th4 booths, office or exhibition room o auditorium must be done
in .accordance with the (%ity Ordinances of the ity of Jefferson.

AN ORDINACE REPEALING SECTION 553, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON CITY, 1925, PROVIDING FOR THE CUTTING OF WEEDS BY THE
OWNERS OF CITY LOTS AND REAENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION
,l PERTAINING TO THE SAME SUBJECT I ATTEH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 553, Revised Or.dinanced of the City of
Jefferson pity, 1925, providing for the cutting of weeds by the
owners of city lots is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for the owner of any lot,
block, or parcel of ground, or the agentx of
any such owner to allow or permit weeds to grow or remain when
grown on such lot, or block, or parcel of ground to exceed one foot
in height, and all weeds growing on any such lot, block or parcel of
ground shall be kept cut off. not less than one foot from the ground e;r).::
C'= and so kept. The owner of any lot, block, or parcel of ground, or the
agent of any such owner, wh& shall violate the providions of this
section !_':shall be deemed guilty of, a misdemeanor.

AN ORDINAN CE REPEALING SECTION 505, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON CITY 1925, RELATING TO THE RESTRICTION OF THE USE OF
PUBLIC WATERING PLACES AND RE-ENACTING A NEW SECTION IN LIEU THEROF
PERTAINING TO THE SAITI SUBJECT MATTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CMTY OF JEFFERSON CITY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. l. Section 505, Revised Ordinances of the Uity of
Jefferson City, 1925, relating to the restriction of the use of
public watering places is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Any person or persons who shall turn on the water ,;x ::-,�•;;.:
at any public place in this city and go away leaving the water running _ :•.,c;;
from the faucett shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
