AN ORDINANCE REVEALING SECTION 482, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON CITY, 192 5, RELATING TO TEE BLOCKING OF STREETS, AND
STREET CROSSINGS, OR PUBLIC ALLEY, BY VEHICLES, AND REIENACTING A NEW
ORDINANCE IN LIEU THEREOF PERTAINI rG TO THE SA14E SUBJECT MATTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 4.82, Revised Ordinances of the ity of
Jefferson ity, 1925, relating to the blocking of streets, and
street crossings, or public alley is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any vehicle
whether it be a motor trehicle, or ht,rse--drawn vehicle, or otherwise
or whether out for pleasure or business to stop or place such
vehicle in any street or thoroughfare, or public alley within this
city, or cross the footway or crossing of any street, thoroughfare or
alley, so as to obstruct the free passage of such street or
thoroughfare or public alley, or such crossing or footway, and any
person violating this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 367, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON CITY, 1925, RELATING TO THE ELECTION AND TENURE IN
OFFICE OF MAYOR, AND RE-ENACTING SAID SECTION 367, RELATING TO SAME SU .
SUBJECT MATTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 367, Revised Ordinances of 1925 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. Ay the geneal city election, held on. the first
Tuesday in April, in`the year X927, and every four years thereafter,
the qualified voters of the �ity of Jefferson shall elect somw
suitable person as mayor of said city, who shall hold his office
for four years and until his successor is elected and qualified.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 208 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF JQEFFERSON OF 1925, RELATING TO RESTRICTION OF TIME
AND PLACE OF BUILDING FIRES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 208 of the Revised Ordinances of the vity of
Jefferson of 1925, relating to restriction of time afid place
of building fires is hereby repealed.
