MINUTES
March 8th, 2000

Minutes: Motion was moved and seconded to approve the minutes for the February 9th
meeting.
New Business: The committee proposes to clarify the Monday — Thursday Season
Passes were to remain the same as last year at $300, no recommended change..
The committee discussed options on where to spend the money from the sale of three
lifetime memberships by the golf foundation. It was moved, seconded and passed to
improve the driving range tee and then repair cart paths.
Other areas of improvement recommended were clean up and repair of ditches and
repair of #6 green.
After review of the Simmon's season pass refund, motion was moved and seconded to
extend the season pass for Janet Simmons and the trail fee for the Simmon's to the
year 2000 golf season.
Old Business: After review of options, the committee reconfirmed its recommendation
to renew Mary Clemmer's Contract. Current contract expires on March 31st, 2000.
Dari McKim proposed replacement of the carpet in the clubhouse. After review of the
budget and the condition of the existing carpet the committee decided not to replace
the carpet. This decision was due to lack of funds within the current budget.
Dan Pillard reported that construction of the new bridges will begin when enough snow
melts to provide favorable working conditions.
Staff Reports: Carl Hoss proposed a new scorecard design. The committee agreed on
the design. Carl also proposed construction.of a new practice facility behind the driving
range tee.
Mary Clemmer mentioned that she would like the outside lighting repaired. Dan Pillard
said he would look into it.
Dan Pillard reported that several reels have been sharpened, design work on changes
to the cedar course are being done and clean up on the drainage lines will be needed
when the snow melts.
