AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 213, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY MF JEFFERSON 19250 PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF POWDER,
DYANMITE, AND NITROGLYCERINE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY JEFFERSON CITY AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 213, Revised Ordinances of the k'ity of
Jefferson, 1925, regulating the use afld care of powder, dynamite,
and nitroglycerine is hereby depealed.

THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1925, RELATING TO THE U14LOADING OF POWDER,
DYNAMITE AND NITROGLYCERINE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. S ction 214, of the Revised Ordinances of the
City of Jefferson, M5, regulating the unloading of powder,
dynamite, and nitroglycerine from boats is hereby repealed.

THE LICENSING OF CERTAIN VEHICLES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Sections 292,293,294,295:296,297,298, and 299,
of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, 1925, .re-
lating to the licensing of certain vehicles are hereby repealed.
