AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 460, REVISED ORDINANCES OF TIME CITY
OF JEFFERSON CITY, 1925, RELATING TO THE RISTRICTION OF NOISES
CALCULATED TO FREIGHTEN HORSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIONI. Section 4.60, Revised Ordinances of the 'ity of
Jefferson City, 1925, relating to the restriction of noises cal-
culated to freighten horses is hereby repealed.

OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY, 1925, RELATING TO THE REGULATION
AND USE OF HORSES, VEHICLES AND SLEDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Sections 462,463 and 464, Revised Ordinances of the L'ity
of Jefferson City, 1925, relating to the regulation and use of
horses, vehicles and sleds are hereby repealed.

FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 468, Revised Ordinances of the Oity of Jefferson
City, 1925, relating to the restriction of flying kites, balloonsq
throwing of snow balls, and other acts likely to scare horses is
hereby repealed.
