AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 489 REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON CITY, 1925 RELATING fO TI(E PROHIBITION OF THE
WASHING OF HORSES AND ARSEDRAWN CARRIAGES 0I4 TILE SIDEWALKS OF
THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UEFFERSON CITY
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 489, Revised Ordinances of the �'ity of Jefferson
City, 19250 relating to the prohibition of the washing of horses
or horse-drawn carriages on the sidewalks of the city is hereby
repealed.

FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 550, Revised Crdinances of the City of Jefferson
City, 19259 relating to the cruel treatment of horses is hereby.
repealed.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 555, Revised Ordinances of the gity of Jefferson
City, 1925, relating to the treatment of minors in police court
is hereby repealed.

fighing is hereby repealed.
