QUARTER OF THE S.W. QUARTER OF SEC. 2, TWP•44, NR12-W all being in the N.E .Quarter of the S.E. Quarter of Sec. 2, TWP.44, N.R.12-W" . an addition to the t'ity of Jefferson, Missouri, and repealing ordinance 4318, approved April 1, 1940, relating to the same subject, insofar as the same is in conflicy herewith. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Mary Davis and H. A, Davis, owners and pro- prietors of the following lot, parcel or tract of land, to wit: Beginning at a point 332 feet east of the east line of Forrest Hill Addition, an addition to the City of Jefferson, and 860.3 feet south of the Township line; thence east pprallel to the Township line 355 feet; thence turning an angle of 88 decrees and 55 minutew to the .right 147.1 feet; Chance east parallel to the Township line 10 feet; thence turn- ing an angle of 90 degrees to the right 103.5 feet; thence turning an angle if 90 degrees to the left 40 feet; thence turning An angle of 90 degrees to the right 2415 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 de- grees to the right 117.8 feet; thence turning an angle of 14 degrees to the right 62.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 3 degrees and 30 minutes to the right 175 feet; thence turning an angle of 68 degrees and 20 minutes to the right 4.50.8 feet to the point of beginning,9 having submitted to the council. for its approval an amended plat of said real estate, which said amended plat is attached to and made a part of this ordinance; and it appearing thzit all of said dubdivision lies within the boundaries of the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri; and it futthe.r appearing said owners have heretofore executed in due form of law an acknowledge- ment of said amended plat in an instrument entitled "Deed of Dedication" in which all avenues and streets indicat&d on said plat are reserved for the public use for travel purposes, and in which they state, among other things, that all taxes on the land platted have been paid to date and that all lots numbered thereon are for sale; and that all of the requirerdents of Arti cle 1, chapter 67, R.S. Alo, 1929, have been complied with; PIOW, THEREFORE, THE amended plat of land of Mary Davis and H. A. Davis, known as a "Part of 'Reserved" of West ouglas P19tee & a Part of the N.E. Quarter of the S.E.Quarter of Sic. 20 TWP, 44 NR 12-W all being in the N.E.Quarter of Sec. 2 TWP. 44 N.A. 12-W11, gnd within the corporate limits of the city of Jefferson, Missouri, shown on the amneded plat attached hereto 'add made a part of this ordinance , is hereby accepted and ap- proved by the council. ;f.
