SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed, upon the
passage and approval of this ordinance, to endorse upon said
amended plat the acceptance and approval thereof and to certify
the same under his hand and the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. It appearing that there were errors and omiss-
ions in the description of the land platted and accepted in
Ordinance 4318, approved April 9, 1940, which errors and omiss-
ions appeared aldo in said Ordinance, the same is hereby re-
pealed in so far as it is in conflict herewith.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT N0; 63, WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Taht the "ity `'ouncil of the City of Jefferson,
IlIssouri, hereby declares it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, a nd for sanitary
and other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as
possible in Sevier District No. 63, as established by ordinance a
sanitary sewer, and it ordered that tree same be made and con-
structed without unnecessary delay and that the said district
sewer be connected with and into the wet pit ,at the north end
of Forest Place.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at the wet pit and
pump house on the east side of the pavement on Forest Place 10
feet south of the corporate limits;. thence northeasterly to a
point 9 feet north of the Township line, said point being on the
extended east line of Forest' Place; thence east parallel with the
Township line 188 feet; thence South 41 degrees East (Magnetic)
688 feet; thence outh 16 degrees and 15 minutes East 766 feet;
Also beginning at a point on. the center line of Douglas
Drive 890.34 feet south of the Township line; thence West par-
allel to the Township line 330 feet; thence South parallel tith
the east line of Forest Hill Addition 338 feet.
Also btginnirig at a point 890.34 feet south of the Township
line and 168.0 feet west of the center line of Douglas Drive;
thence south 16 degrees and 15 minutes East 350 feet.
SECTION #. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
. , as provided by ordinance, and shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to 'the plans
and specifications of the "ity engineer.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take ef'Pect and be in
force from and after itspassage and approval.
