AN ORDINANCE ESTABL15H ING SEWER DISTRICT 140. 631 within the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, Pnd defining the boundaries
thereof.
BE IT HHDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson
Missouir, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for Jdw anaitary purposes and for the health a d comgort of
its inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be
known as Sewer District No. 63, and said district to be estab-
lished with location and boundaries as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Township line 155 feet
east of the northeast corner of Forest Hill Addition; thence
South 14 degrees East (Magnetic) 623 feet; thence west paralle&
with the Township line 5 feet; thence South 16 degrees and i5
minutes East, 251 feed thence east parallel with the Township
line 115 feet; thence outh parallel with the east Line of
Forest Hill Addition 585 feet; thence west parallel to and 50
feet from the north line of West douglas Place 710 feet to the
east line of Forest Hill Addition; thence north along and with
jast 'mentioned line 425 feet; thence east parallel with the
ownship line 370 feet; t:ience North 16 degrees and 15 minutes
West, 251 feet; thence west parallel to the Township line 44
feet; thence North 41 degrees West, 455 feet to the east line
of Forest Hill Addition; thence north along said line. 132 feet
to the northeast corner of Forest Hill Addition; thence east is
155 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of oreinances in con-
flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3• This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
