SECTION 6. That in order to riake provision for the payment
of said bond and the interest which will ae.crue thereon., there shall be
ar.d there is hereby appropriated out of the Current Revenue Fonds of
1940 Interest And Sinking ^und of said City, hereby created, the
following sums, to wit:
For Principal due .__. . . . . . . . . . . . .$23,000.00
For Interest due 345.00
Total. .. 23,345,00
and provision to meet the aforesaid appropriation small be made
out of the first incoming revenues of said City for the present
fiscal year„ and to that end it is hereby made t:.e special duty o
of the City Treasurer of said City of Jefferson. City to reserve
the aforesaid funds 'out of the first incom.�ng revenues of said City
for said fiscal year, and to credit the same to a special fund here-
by created in the City Trensuryx of said City and designated the
"Current Revenue Bonds of 1940 _Interest & Sinking rand", and the
monies credited to said fund shall be used for no other purpose than
fpr the payment of the Bond herein directed to be issued and the
interest to accrue thereon.
