AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson., State of Missouri., vacat-
ing a ten (10) foot alley which is described as follows:
B'tinning at a point in the South line of East Capitol
Avenue (formerly Main Street) seventy-four feet four
inches (74' 4") East of the Northwest corner of Inlot
333, said point also being the Northeast corner..,;of tract
conveyed by Deed recorded in Book 18, Page 590) of the
Records of Cole ounty., 741issojiri, thence South and par-
allel with the Ust line of I lot 333, one hundred five
feet (1051 ) , thence East parallel with East Capitol Avenue
(formerly Main Street) ten feet (101 ) to a point thence
North and parallel with the West line of said Inlot 333
to a point in the South line of East Capitol Atenue
(formerly Main Street) , which said point is also the ri rth-
west corner of tract conveyed by Deed recorded. in Book
licit. Page 116 of the Records of Uole county, 111ssouri.,

thence West along the laputh line of East Capitol Avenue
(formerlry Main Street) ten feet (10) to the point of
beginning.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri:
That the City Council of the `pity of Jefferson, believing
it for the best interests of the City to do so., does hereby
vacate, abandon,, and discontinue that certain ten (10) foot alley
in the City of Jefferson,, 114ssouri; which lies between Jefferson
Street and Madison Street and running Southeast from East Capitol
Avenue (formerly Main Street) for a distance of 105 feet., more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Mouth line of East Capitol
. Avenue (formerly Llain Street) seventy-four feet four inches
(741 411) East of the Northwest corner of Inlot 333., said
point also being the Northeast corner of tract conveyed
by Deed recorded in Book 18., Page 590., of the Records of
Cole ouncy, Missouri, thence outh and parallel with the
West line of said Inlot 333, one hundred five (105) feet,
thence East parallel with East Capitol Avenue (formerly
Hain Street) ten feet (101 ) to a point, thence North and
parallel with the West line of said I"lot 333 to a point in
the South line of East Capitol Avaue (formerly Tlain Street)
