The alley so vacated, abandoned, and discontinued to revert to the
adjacent property owners.
The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
authorized and empowered to Execute and deliver unto such adjacent
property owners a Quit-Claim Deed conveying all of the rights
of the "ity of 4efferson, Missouri, in and to the alley hereby
vacated, abandoned and discontinued,
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force front and
after its passage and approvalp by the Mayor.

AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, vacating, abandning,
and discontinuing the sanitary sewer, and the right and easement for
sanitary sewer or for sewer of any kind, in, under and over the follow-
ing described property:
Beginning at a point in the South line of East Capital Avenue
(formerly Main Street) seventy-four feet four inches (741411)
East of the Northwest corner of said Inlot 333, xgaid Point
also beixng the Northeast corner of tract conveyed by deed
recorded in Book 3.8, Page 590, thence South and parallel with
the West line of said Inlot 333 to a point in the North line
of' an alley twenty (20) feet wide, thence East along said
North line, ten (10) feet to a point, thence North and parallel
with the West line of said Inlot 333 -to a point in the Sptzth
line of East Capitol Avenue (formerly Main Street) , which
said point is also the N rthwest corner of tract conveyed by
deed recorded in Book "CP', Page 116, thence West along said
South line ten (10) feet to the point of beginning, in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri;
Also tract conveyed by Deed recorded in Book lc;, Page 590
of the Record's of Cole county, YYssouri; Reserving the right
to construct and maintain a sanitary sewer over the southerly
101' of above described alley.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City council of the City of Jefferson,
Sate of Missouri:
That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, State of
Missouri, believing it for the best interests of the City to do so,
does hereby vacate, abandon, and discontinue the sanitary sewer and the
right and easement for sanitary sewer or for sewer of any kind, in, under
and over the following described property.
Beginning at a point in the South line of East Capitol Avenue
(formerly Main Street) , seventy-four feet four inches (741411)
Eadt of the Northwest corner of said Inlot 333, said point
also being the Northwast corner of tract conveyed by deed re-
corded in Book 18, Page 590, thence South and parallel with
the West line of said Inlot 333 to a point in tr.e North line
of an alley Twenty (20) feet wide, thence East along said
North line, ten (10) feet to a point thence North and parallel
with the West line of said Inlot 333 to a point in the South line
of East Capitol Ave (formerly Main Street) , which said point
is also the Northwest corner of tract conveyed by deed recorded
in Book "C", Page 116, thence West along said South line ten
(10) feet to the point of beginning, in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri;
