ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES AND FIXING
THE MANNER OF PAYMENTS OF SALARIES FOR
VARIOUS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERE,T
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OP THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following Amendment of the above - entitled Ordinance be made

SECTION 2. That the schedule of compensation of this Ordinance shall take effect upon
passage and publication as provided by law.
SECTION 3. Management and non -union administrative positions not subject to
collective bargaining agreements or a salary step guide are subject to the
annual budget cap law and shall henceforth only receive an annual cost of
living adjustment of 3 %.
