The Mayor if the Uity of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
authorized and empowered to execute and deliver, on behalf
od the City of Jefferson, Missouri, a Release of the right and
easement of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for sanitary .
sewer or sewersi in, under and over -the property above de-
scribed.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval, by the Mayor.

AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY _($1:50.00 for Reserve Military force
of Missouri)
BE IT M DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue
Fund the sum of $150.00 to be paid to the Reserve Military Force
of Missouri, and to be used by the local Jefferson City Unit of said
Reserve Military Force.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
fulleforce a d effect from and after its passage and approval.
