BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the pity Treasury not otherwise appropriated the following:
REVENUE FUND
For the purpose of paying the salaries of

AN ORDINAN' CE accepting a gift of certain lands from Cliff G.
Scruggs and Margaret M. Scruggs, his wife and Henry V. Guhleman
and Jane T. 'uhleman, his wife, to the City of Jefferson for
park and playground purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Whereas, Cliff G. Scruggs and Margaret M.
Scruggs, his wife and Henry V. "uhleman and Jane T. Guhleman,
his wife, have executed a warralty deed to the following described
