subdivision of Lots 1 to 10 of Virginia Place in the
city of Jefferson, Missouri. Said Virginia' Place being
a subdivision of the southwesterly part of Outlot No.93
in the �'ity of Jefferson, M"ssouri,
And, whereas, the City �;puncil of the City of Jefferson,
finds that it would be highly beneficial for the City to accept
said gift of land for park and playground purposes, the City
Council of the City of Jefferson does therefore accept the above-
described land to be used for* park and playground purposes only.
Section 2� This ordinance shall become effective immedialely
upon its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF CHICAGO
ROAD FROM VENTER LINE OF WEST CIRCLE DRIVE EAST 735 feet.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO?,?,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That the grade line of the roadway of Chicago
Road from the center line of West Circle Drive to a point 735
feet east be and is hereby established as follows:
Beginning at the center of the intersection of the Chicago Road
and West Circle Drive, where the elevation of the grade shall be
225.00; thence 15 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be
225.00; thence 460 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation
of the grade shall be 227.35 , thence 250 feet on a vertical
curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 218.80.
SECTION 2. All' ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. 'his ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
