BE IT ORDAINED DY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MiISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the present name of Park Boulevard between the east line of Nevada Street and Dleeware Street, be and hereby is changed to the name of Louisiana Boulevard, and that the latter name be and is hereby adopted as the correct name of said street. It is hereby declared that the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, deems it necessary and expedient to va- cate and disconti nue the southerly_.500 feet of Clark Street in Lohmaa' s Subdivision of Ol,tlots 23 and 24 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri. All the owners of the property and adjacent lots abutting on and adjacent to said street having petitioned the said City Council to vacate and discontinue said portion of said street as a part of the public thoroughfare of said City; therefor said street is hereby forever vacated and discontint.ed as a public thoroughfare.
