BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITT CQNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, LAISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the City Council of
the pity of Jefferson, Missouri) deems it necessary and expedient
to vacate and dis continue Muddle Street from Fowler Street to
Lafayette Street in Lohman' s Subdivision of Outlots 23 and 24, in the
City of Jefferson, Missouris All the owners of the property and
adjacent lots abutting on and adjacent to said street having peti-
tioned the said City Council to vacate and discontinue said portion
of said street as a part of the public thoroughfare of said City;
therefor Middle Street is hereby forever vacated and discontinued as
a public thoroughfare.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE accepting the deed of Herman C . Waldman and Sallie
C . Waldman, his wife, conveying certain parcels of land herein
described, for street purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 'QISSOURI.,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Deed of Grant and Dedication of Herman
C. Waldman and Sallie C. Waldman conveying to the City of Jefferson,
Missouri., the following described pieces and parcels of land sit-
uate in the County of Cole, State of "issouri, to-wit:
The streets and avenues named and des-
ignated as McCarty Street; Hub Street; Avenue A;
Avenue B; Avenue C; as dDwn upon a plat of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Sec-
tion 11 Township 44 Range 12, and referred to asx
a "Proposed Street ]payout at Jefferson Heights for*
H. C. Waldman, Jefferson City, I,Tissouri.11 which plat
is identified as ex:iibit A and is on file in the
office of the City ,Engineer ,V tJ4�e y -
of:-.the City of Jefferson, Missouri, to which re-
ference is made, and which .lands are granted and de-
dicated to the City of Jefferson for streets and
alleys, be and is hereby acce pted.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect anTd be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINAN CE CHANGINS THE NAME OF CLARK STREET AND ADOPTING AN NEW
NAME THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ITY OF JEFFERSON, I. ISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the present name of Clark Street, from
Atc .ison Street south 402.881 , be and hereby is changed to the
name of Mlissouri Avenue, and that the latter name be and is
hereby adopted as the correct nrme of said street.
SECTION 2. T:--is ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
