AN ORDINAN CE accepting the Plat of Roland L. Wiggins' "ubdivis-
ion of lots 1 to 11 Inclusive, lots 20 to 23 Inclusive, ,lats 32 to 43
Inclusive, and lots 44 to 66 Inclusive of Lohman' s Subdivision of
Outlots 2and 24, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, said sub-
division more particularly described as: Beginning at the
northeast&rely corner of Lafayette Street and Atchison Street- thence
southerly along the westerly line of Lafayette Street 665 .M feet;
thence westerly parallel with Atchison Street, 139 feet; thence
southerly parallel with Lafayette STreet 118.5 feetY thence easterly
parallel with Atchison Street, 139 feet to the westerly line of
Lafayette Street; thence southerly 118.5 feet to the northwesterly
corner of Franklin and Lafayette Streets; thence westerly along the north
erly line of Franklin Street 273.46 feet; thence northerly parall el

this ordinance.

AS FOLLOWS: '
SECTION 1. `"oland L. Wiggins., owner of the realt estate here-
inafter described and situate in the City of Jefferson, M, ssouri,
having submitted to the Council for its approval a Plat of said real
estate, being more particularly dewcribed as: Beginning at the north-
easterly corner of Lafayette Street and Atchison Street; thence south-
erly along the westerly line of Lafayette Street 665.88 feet; thence
westerly parallel with Atchison Street 139 feet;thence southerly
parallel with Lafayette Street 118.5 feet; thence easterly parallel with
Atchison Street, 13C1 feet to the westerly line of Lafayette Street;
thence southerly 11 . 5 feet to the northvresterly .corner of Franklin
and Lafayette Streets; thence westerly along the northerly line of
Franklin Street, 273.46 feet; thence northerly parallel with Laf-
ayette Street, 138.25 feet; thence westerly parallel with Franklin
Street, 139 feet to the easterly line of Marshall Street• thence

within the limits of the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
And it a;-�pearing that said plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the owner of said Roland L. Wiggins , Subdivision,
that all taxes have been paid thereon and in other pespects the re-
quirements of Chapter 82 of the Revised Statutes of the State o;'
Yissouri, 1939, entitled "Plats" have been complied with. Therefore the
plat of Roland L. ++iggins ' , known as Roland L. lUggi.ns ' Subdivision
lying within the limits of City of Jefferson, I°issouri, as shown on the p1
plat attached hereto and made a part of t:iis ordinance is '.ereby ac-
cepted and approved by the Council and the City Clerk after its passage
and approval of this ordinance is hereby directed to endorse acceptance
and approval of the said plat and to certify to the same under the
seal and approval of the City of Jefferson, 14,issouri.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval..
