SECTION 1003. PP;I:ALTY. Any person, firm or cprporation violating
any of the terms and conditions of this ordinance skull be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than one
dollar or not more than one hundred dollars or by ir.prisonment in jail
not to exceed ninety days, or by boty such fine and imprisonment,, .

44 RANGE 12. AND EXTEI''DING FROM TME' EAST LINE TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID
SUBDIVISION, SAID STREET IFER0AFTER TO BE KTIO;111: AND DESIGNATED AS
"GREENWOOD DRIVE"
BE IT ORDIANED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' JEFFERSON, T. 'RI,
AS UOLLOWS:
SECTIOIvT 1. Whereas, a number of the abutting property owners
on tree public street lying on tree north side of the General Realty
Company' s Subdivision of a part of the Southeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 1 Township 44 Range 12, have petitioned the
ouncil to name said street as the same does not now have any official
name, therefore it is ordered b the Council trrat said above designated
street be hereafter known and designated as "Geenvrood Drive" .
SECTION: 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF GREENWOOD DRIVE
FROM TILE WEST LIFE OF WARE AVENUE (NEST 800 FEET.
BE IT ORDIAned by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Greenwood
Drive from the west line of Ware Avenue west 000 feet be and hereby is
established as follows: Eeginning at tyre intersection of the west line
of 'hare Avenue and the center line of Greenwood Drive, where tine eleva-
tion of the grade shall be, 205. ;0; thence 175 feet on a uniform grade
where the elevation of the grade shall be 216.2;'; thence 25 feet on a
vertical curve, where the elevation of the grade shall be 21q.32; thence
50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be
219. 57; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the
