MINUTES

Minutes: The committee reviewed Mary' Clemmer's contract and recommends that the
council approve it as is. Two applicants for a seat on the golf course advisory
committee submitted letters. The committee reviewed letters from Marc Rhodes and
Roger Snodgress for the vacant seat on the committee. The committee recommends
that both candidates are qualified and would accept either one. The committee
recommends the two letters to the city council for their final selection.
New Business: The committee reviewed the expense report, ending September 30,
1999 and decided to review final figures after the auditor's report for a more accurate
assessment of the figures.
The foundation has sold three lifetime memberships at $6,750. The committee decided
to discuss where the funds will be utilized and procedures needed for the sale of the
remaining four memberships at the next meeting.
