RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 oftbe OI)en Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
pemfits the exclusion of the public flora a meeting in certain circumstm~ces; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, liE IT RESOI,VEI) by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, Slate of New Jersey, as follows:
t. The public shall be excluded fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:

3. It is anticipated at this time that the above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the matters.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
